Boot Camp L.A. is a place to:

WORK HARD!

HAVE FUN!

TO BE RECOGNIZED!

TO GAIN CONFIDENCE!

AND MAKE NEW FRIENDS!

All WHILE LOSING WEIGHT AND GETTING IN SHAPE!

What is BOOTCAMP L.A.?

Boot Camp L.A.is a well designed fitness program held mornings at 6 am, 7:15 am or 8:30am, and for those of you  who just can't seem to get out of bed in the morning, we have an "After Work" Boot Camp - just for you, at 6:15PM!

Boot Camp starts off with an assessment of all recruits. We see what kind of shape you are in and guide you on proper form!

If you are one of those people who always tries to get the closest parking space available, this program is definitely for you.  If the idea of working out gets you out of breath, it's time to enlist.

If you are an athlete and you are looking for a new challenge this program is for you too.  Classes are structured to meet everyone's physical abilities.  Click here for camp schedule.

Who is BOOTCAMP L.A. for?

Boot Camp is for men and women of all ages, sizes, shapes and fitness abilities. Everyone is encouraged to do their best.

Remember you don't have to be in shape to join, because no one gets left behind and there are no crew cuts required!  Camouflage attire welcomed!

All Boot Camp drill instructors will motivate you in positive way to do your best.

What will I be doing while I am there?

During Boot Camp all recruits will be doing stretches, calisthenics (push-ups, sit-ups, flutter kicks), military style drills, strength workouts using padded weighted bars, dumbbells, medicine balls, circuit training, running drills, obstacle course and whatever other surprises we have in store for that day.

We try to make the workouts fun and challenging at the same time. The more effort you put into the class, the more results you will get out of it.

All workouts are developed by the Major, The Lt.and Certified Personal Trainers .

In the beginning we assess to see how many sit-ups and push-ups you can do in 60 seconds, and how long it takes for you to walk/run a half mile. If you think you can't do one push-up, that's o.k. because you're not alone.

You don't have to be in shape to come to Boot Camp - getting you in shape is our job!

By the end of the 4-week program you will feel great and have made new friends who will have gone through the same body changing experience you have.
